Set the working window. Mark which roles are needed. A day-scoped QR code is generated automatically.

2. Crew confirms

Members get a notification and confirm or decline. Contacts are handled offline by the manager. No action defaults to tentative.

The day list loads on any phone in seconds. Names, roles, call and email buttons. No login. Expires at end of day.
